Our 8th grade students will be taking the Illinois Science Assessment again today. The testing will be taking place during/around 4th hour.

With students testing in Mrs. Walch's room and the library, we have to be courteous to that environment by staying silent in the hallways and quiet in our classrooms during testing.

Thank you all for making these adjustments as we provide an opportunity for our 8th grade students to excel on their test. Good luck and do your best.

Sports: The softball team will play at Auburn today at 4:30.

The baseball team will play Raymond here today at 4:30.

The soccer team will play at Maryville Christian tonight at 5:00.

The HS track team has a meet today at Carrollton beginning at 4:30.

Class News: There will be a Sophomore class meeting during lunch today in Mrs. Schmidt’s room.

Club News: Attention all 8th grade through Juniors- The student council will be holding interviews on May 9 for anyone interested in being on the student council. Anyone with a "C" cumulative GPA or higher is invited to apply and interview. If you would like an application, please see Mrs. Hampton by Friday, May 2.

Office News: There are Tiger paw decals for sale in the office $3.00 for 1 or $5.00 for 2.

Counselor News: If you are in need of help finding a summer job, Mrs. Etter can help you find employment.

If you are interested in touring Greenville University in May, see Mrs. Etter ASAP. She has three more open spots.

Seniors - The Northwestern Student Impact Scholarship and Northwestern Area Education Foundation Scholarship are both due today! See Mrs. Etter if you need an application or help filling out the application!
