The Northwestern Jr. Sr. High staff would like to congratulate and recognize a student of the month from the high school and from the jr. high school. These students were selected by the staff because of their outstanding attitude, leadership, and character for the month of December. Congratulations to Elly Haley and Casen Thursby for being selected as our Northwestern Sr. and Jr. high school students of the month. You will be called down to the office for pictures later today.

Our 3rd quarter PBIS reward will focus on using our technology appropriately. Any students that receive a tech violation during the 3rd quarter will not be involved with our 3rd quarter PBIS reward.

Our 2nd quarter PBIS reward focused on turning in assignments on time. Students that had chronic late work during the 2nd quarter will receive an email from Mr. Bollman on Friday morning. All other students will receive an ice cream reward at lunch on Friday.

Sports: The Jr. High boys basketball team will play Pleasant Hill at Greenfield tonight. Game time is 6:00.

The Jr. High volleyball team will play at Virginia tonight at 6:00.

The Lady Tigers basketball team will take part in the Lady Spartan tournament at North Greene this week.

The Tiger basketball team will participate in the Winchester Tournament this week.

Class News: There will be a prom committee meeting in Mrs. Bowman's room during lunch on Tuesday, Jan 21.
